Reclaiming Your Sexuality After Trauma
A gentle, powerful mini course to help you come home to your body, your pleasure, and your power — on your own terms.
You are not broken.
You are not too much.
You are not too late.
If your relationship to sexuality has felt distant, confusing, or painful after trauma — this is for you.
Even if your experience was years ago, the toll it can take on our freedom is staggering.
✨ Inside this mini course, you’ll receive: A trauma-informed, heart-centered framework for healing your relationship to sex, desire, and pleasure✨
You’re ready to stop dissociating, going numb, or performing — and instead want to feel present, powerful, and turned on by life again
You want support that acknowledges your story — and your ability to create something new.
Because reclaiming your sexuality isn’t about being “fixed” — it’s about being free.
Because the world needs more women who feel safe in their own skin.
Who trust their “yes,” honor their “no,” and carry pleasure like a flame of remembrance.
And because you don’t have to wait to feel better.
Dr. Kimberly Rose Pendleton is a scholar of intimacy and trauma healing with a PhD in Feminist Studies and an MA in Religion from Yale.
