A 6-week journey of reclamation, desire & returning to yoU

You want to feel available to your own life.

Available to your body.

Available to being touched without leaving yourself.

Available to love without bracing for the cost of being seen.

Available to beauty, luxury, and indulgence without immediately shrinking it into practicality.

You want your body to feel like yours.

Not your church's.

Not your husband's.

Not the eyes that judge it, or the rules that try and govern it.

Yours.

Fully Soft.

Fully Alive.

Fully Honest.

Fully Home.

LET'S UNCOVER HER

Purity Culture disconnected you from yourself.

You were handed a story about your body before you were old enough to question it.

A story that said your desire was dangerous.

Your pleasure was shameful.

Your wanting was something to be managed, minimized, and apologized for.

You believed it. Of course you did.

Everyone around you believed it too.

This is why despite the therapy, the books, the work you've done, something inside you is still not free.

But somewhere underneath all of that conditioning, there is a woman who knows the story was never true.

She has been waiting.

WHO AM I TO WANT THIS?

That voice. You know it.

You put on the dress, then change before anyone sees you. You want to be touched, then disappear into your head the moment touch arrives. You feel desire move through your body and wonder what it says about you.

You crave beauty, softness, slowness, pleasure, attention, devotion, and care, then tell yourself now is not the time. You want to say yes with your whole body, but your mind starts negotiating before the yes can leave your mouth.

It is not your intuition.

That is purity culture doing exactly what it was designed to do: keep you small, compliant, and disconnected from the most powerful part of yourself.

UNCOVER Her is where you learn how to silence that voice.

Permanently.

This is not just another healing program that will lead you around and around in circles.

Most healing work can help you feel better.

It can give you tools, language, and a framework for understanding what you have carried.

That matters.

But UNCOVER Her takes you into the layers many spaces never reach: the origin of the shame, and the body that has been carrying it.

The shame women carry around their bodies and desire did not appear out of nowhere. It was shaped through history, theology, purity teachings, religious authority, and cultural rules about what makes a woman good, lovable, desirable, respectable, and safe.

I have a PhD and a Master’s degree in religion. I have spent years studying the specific historical and theological machinery that manufactured shame around women’s bodies and desire — who built it, when, and why.

That gives your mind the truth.

Then we bring the work into the body.

Because understanding the lie intellectually is powerful, but it is not the same as receiving love without bracing, feeling desire without shame attached to it, or building a daily relationship with pleasure that actually belongs to you.

UNCOVER Her brings both together:

The history that shows you how the shame was built.

The desire work that helps you hear your body again.

The receiving work that helps love, pleasure, and care actually land.

The pleasure practices that make reclamation part of your daily life.

RESERVE MY SPOT

I know this path because I have walked it.

I know this path because I have walked it.

I was that woman.

Trained to be good, small, and grateful for whatever I was given.

Disconnected from my desire.

Performing a version of myself that everyone else approved of.

The moment everything shifted for me looked like this:

Standing in front of a mirror, red lipstick on, feeling beautiful.

Not because someone told me I was.

Because I finally believed it myself.

That moment is available to you.

That is what six weeks inside UNCOVER Her is built to create.

✨How it Unfolds✨

Week 1 — The Lie Has a History

We begin at the root: the historical and theological origins of the shame women were taught to carry around their bodies, sexuality, pleasure, and desire. This is the week where the fog starts to lift. You see that the discomfort you have felt in your own body did not appear from nowhere, and it was never just “your issue” to solve alone. Purity culture had architects. It had language. It had rules. It had reasons for teaching women to mistrust their desire and question their own bodies.

In this first week, you begin to see the lie clearly enough to stop confusing it with truth.

Week 2 — Learning the Language of Desire

Once you understand how desire was interrupted, we begin listening for it again. Desire is not always loud. Sometimes it shows up as a pull toward beauty, a yes in the body, a longing for touch, a craving for softness, a sudden honesty about what you want, or the quiet realization that you have been choosing what is acceptable instead of what is alive.

This week helps you rebuild your relationship with your own wanting, so desire becomes something you can hear, trust, and respond to without immediately making it explain itself.

Week 3 — The Resistance Is Not the Truth

As desire becomes clearer, the old conditioning often rises to meet it. This is the week we work with the guilt, second-guessing, hesitation, and old voice that asks, “Who am I to want this?” You learn to recognize resistance without treating it as revelation. Sometimes the voice that sounds like wisdom is simply the training that taught you to pause at the edge of your own pleasure, receiving, and reclamation.

This week gives you a way to stay close to yourself when the old story tries to pull you back.

  Week 4 — Receiving

Receiving is where the work becomes tender. This week is about letting love, care, pleasure, intimacy, attention, and desire actually land in the body. Not performing gratitude. Not minimizing what you need. Not rushing past the moment because being cared for feels unfamiliar. Receiving asks a woman to remain present when something good is offered.

It is the practice of letting yourself be loved without bracing, letting pleasure arrive without apology, and letting your body experience goodness without needing to earn it first.

Week 5 — Pleasure as a Practice

Pleasure becomes part of your real life here. Not a reward for being good, productive, desirable, patient, useful, or selfless enough. A practice. A relationship. A way of staying connected to yourself after the program ends. This week brings the work into ordinary moments: how you dress, how you rest, how you touch your own life, how you notice beauty, how you let your body have a say.

Pleasure stops being an occasional escape and becomes one of the ways you remember that your body belongs to you.

Week 6 — She Is Worthy

The final week gathers the whole journey. You have seen where the shame came from. You have listened for desire. You have met the resistance. You have practiced receiving. You have begun building pleasure into your daily life. Now the work settles into the truth underneath it all: she is worthy. Worthy of love. Worthy of desire. Worthy of pleasure. Worthy of receiving. Worthy of her own body. This is the week where the woman underneath the old story becomes easier to recognize — not as a future version of you, but as the woman who has been there all along.

WORDS FROM WOMEN WHO HAVE WALKED THE PATH

Nisha Moodley

“Kimberly has created a program for us to heal, so that we can feel free & fully expressed. So that we can be truly embodied in our sex lives, having amazing pleasure & orgasmic love (including with ourselves!) We have this one precious body in this one magical lifetime, so YES$$ Kim is a Women's Studies Professor & Sexual Freedom Coach, and UNCOVER is meant to get us on the path to being: Healed. Free. Passionate. Powerful. Alive. ...in our bodies... And strong enough that we leave a legacy of freedom & healing that can dismantle the systems of oppression (including within us) that keep us fragile, frozen, and feeling stuck in our trauma & drama. Us, rising up in our pleasure and power is an elixir this world needs. I believe in it, in her, in you.”

NISHA MOODLEY

Amanda Frances

“Dr. Kimberly has done a phenomenal job weaving together her expertise in women’s studies, her lived experience as a Christian woman, her Ivy League education, and her deeply transformative work with clients to revolutionize the conversation around pleasure, religion, devotion, and purity.

Her work sits beautifully at the intersection of pleasure, intimacy, spirituality, and religion — as, frankly, it always should have. It is almost remarkable to realize that the space she is carving out did not already fully exist. And yet, here she is: naming it, holding it, teaching it, sanctifying it, and making it safe for women to find themselves inside of it.

Dr. Kimberly frees women to release the narratives, shame, and distortions handed to them by society — particularly the religious world — and then, with love, brilliance, and holy audacity, she helps blow those narratives the fuck up.

I am so proud of the work she is doing in the world. It is needed. It is timely. It is sacred. And it is changing everything.”

AMANDA FRANCES

"You need this. Just bite the bullet, pay the money, every penny is worth it.

I'm saying this as a person who loves introspection and thought I had a handle on it. I had no idea what was inside me that needed to come out. It was scary at first, but IT IS SAFE.

You are safe here with Kimberly and she will not judge you. Let her help you with what she's learned. I promise you that you need it. No matter where you are, you need it. So if anything she says strikes a chord at all, follow that feeling and just sign up to work with her.

It will really, truly change your life and I don't say that lightly."

ANONYMOUS CLIENT

"Working with Kim has changed my life in the best possible way, a thousand times over. Her radical compassion and warmth make her an ideal guide to transformation.

She showed me how to feel safe in exploring the dark parts, as well as in finding deep, satisfying pleasure. Now I can say, my past traumas no longer feel overwhelming or like they control my life.

For the first time in a decade, I feel radiant, safe and utterly sexy in my life. It’s so difficult to put in words, but trust me, every penny is worth the investment!

You could not give yourself a greater gift."

Frequently Asked Questions

No.

Purity culture is one expression of a much larger pattern: women being taught to mistrust their bodies, monitor their desire, question their wanting, and make themselves easier to approve of.

You may have grown up in church, religion, conservative family systems, spiritual communities, or simply a culture that taught you to be good, pleasing, small, careful, respectable, and easy to manage. If your body or desire has ever felt like something you had to explain, hide, earn, or apologize for, this work may speak to you.

This may be exactly why you are here.

Many women come to this work after they have already done a lot of healing. They have language. They have insight. They understand their patterns. But something still has not fully landed in the body.

UNCOVER Her goes into the roots of the shame and pairs that understanding with embodied practice, so the work does not stay only in your mind.

Self-Study gives you the full 6-week UNCOVER Her journey to move through in your own rhythm.

Supported gives you the full Self-Study journey plus live group calls with Kim and private community access. Choose Supported if you want live guidance, witnessing, community, and a place to bring what opens as you move through the work.
