I'M DR. KIMBERLY ROSE PENDLETON
I’m an intimacy scholar, trauma-informed coach, and a woman who knows exactly what it feels like to live trapped inside your own life.
I spent years in academic spaces – earning my Master’s from Yale and my PhD from Georgetown – researching intimacy, sexuality, and healing.
But none of that protected me from the silence that followed sexual assault… or the shame I carried from patriarchy and purity culture.
My healing didn’t come in one perfect moment.
It came in layers – through breath, through tears, through laughter, through pleasure I had to learn to allow again.
And now? It’s my life’s work to walk other women through that same journey.
I created The Uncovered Woman Experience to offer what I wish I had:
